Managing batch communications

In NexJ CRM, you can batch print and batch email documents for groups of contacts. Batch printing or emailing streamlines the creation and distribution of documents by allowing you to automatically personalize and generate them for a variable number of people at one time.

NexJ Admin Console allows you to specify batch communication settings such as merge fields, BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) email addresses, and disclaimer or disclosure text, which cannot be modified in NexJ CRM.
