Information about your NexJ CRM environment

If you are asked by Customer Support to supply information about your NexJ CRM deployed environment, including the version number, product repository and build details, or push notification information, you can find this information in the About NexJ CRM dialog.

In NexJ CRM, on the application toolbar, click the User settings button and select About NexJ CRM.

The About NexJ CRM dialog contains the following sections.

About

This section provides the version number for your NexJ CRM deployment and copyright information.

Repository Information

This section contains the following build information:

• Repository: Name of the current build repository.
• Build: Current revision number and plugin version number.
• Base Revision: Base revision number. The current model inherits from the base model.
• URI: Model version for the current build.
• Base URI: Base model version for the current build.

Push Notification Information

This section provides the following information about the push connection used for your NexJ CRM deployment.

• Push URL
• Push State
• Push retry timeout
• Clock drift
