NexJ CRM integration with Microsoft Office

NexJ Add-In for Microsoft Office integrates the use of Microsoft Office applications and NexJ CRM.

In Microsoft Outlook, it allows you to log emails sent between NexJ CRM users and contacts as an email activity in the Activities tab of each contact whose address appears in the email. It also allows you to create a follow-up task using the contents of a selected email. This feature uses the subject of the email as a task description, and the body as task notes. It allows you to create a task as you normally would, with all the usual components, directly from Outlook.

NexJ Add-In provides additional Microsoft Word functionality. It allows you to create documents with NexJ Add-In merge fields, so you can personalize these documents for different entities in the application, and lets you perform batch print jobs.
