NexJ Customer Relationship Management workspaces
NexJ CRM contains workspaces for accessing and managing your business information.
The following workspaces are available in NexJ CRM.
Not all workspaces are available in all deployments. Your version of NexJ CRM might not contain all the workspaces listed here.
Icon | Workspace | Description |
---|---|---|
| Home | The Home workspace contains a summary of the content you access most frequently, displayed in the Summary tab and My Contacts' Recent Activities tab. It also displays sales pipeline charts. For more information, see Home workspace and Visualizing your sales pipeline. |
| Nudges | Use the Nudges workspace to review all the next best actions recommendations from Engage, including the new (active), snoozed, or past (completed and expired) nudges, and act on them. For more information, see Engage. |
| Contacts | Use the Contacts workspace to view and manage contacts, companies, and users. The workspace contains a search area, a data table that displays records, and detail information, such as addresses, activities, conversations, service requests, and so on. For more information about managing contacts, see Contacts, companies, households, users, and leads. |
| Schedule | Use the Schedule workspace to manage your calendar, and meetings planned with clients. For more information about working with schedules and calendars, see Schedule. |
| Tasks | Use the Tasks workspace to add and modify activities that do not need to occur at a defined time and must be assigned to a user. You can track tasks assigned to you, tasks that you have assigned to other users, and view tasks for other users. For more information about working with tasks, see Tasks. |
| Document Manager | Use the Document Manager workspace to organize and share documents that are not associated with a specific contact. Documents in the Document Manager are organized in a folder hierarchy structure. You can also use the Document Manager for batch printing and emailing. For more information about managing your documents, see Documents. |
| Leads | NexJ CRM has two ways of managing leads, Classic Leads and Integrated Lead Management. Only one method can be enabled at one time. When the Classic Leads feature is enabled, use the Leads workspace to view and manage the leads in the system. For more information, see Managing leads (Classic Leads feature). When the Classic Leads feature is not enabled, the Integrated Lead Management is enabled instead. In this case, the Leads workspace is not displayed and leads are managed through a list within the Contacts workspace. For more information, see Managing leads (Integrated Lead Management). |
| Opportunities | Use the Opportunities workspace to manage your potential sales of product and parent opportunities. For more information, see Opportunities. |
| Service Requests | Use the Service Requests workspace to search for and manage service requests and their associated activities. For more information about working with service requests, see Service requests. |
| Campaigns | Use the Campaigns workspace to create campaigns and manage associated details, including steps, participants, and opportunities. For more information about working with campaigns, see Campaigns. |
| Financial Accounts | Use the Financial Accounts workspace to link contact records to imported data related to their holdings, transactions, and other financial account details. After that link is made, all of the financial account information will be visible on the contact's profile, available as a filter, and can be included in reports. |
| Customize | Business administrators with appropriate permissions can customize various features in NexJ CRM from the Customize workspace. For more information about customizing features, see Customize workspace. |
| Reports | Use the Reports workspace to generate run-time configurable reports (ad hoc reports) and dashboards. For more information, see Ad hoc reports. |
| Service Level Management | The Service Level Management workspace displays all unscheduled, scheduled, deferred, or completed touches, for any contact for whom you are on the coverage team. Use this workspace to schedule an activity for a touch, reset the touch target date, or update upcoming or most recent touch activity details. For more information, see Service level management. |
| Import | Business administrators can import contacts into NexJ CRM from a legacy system using the Import workspace, and then can merge them with the current database. For more information, see Import contacts and leads data. |
| Batch Processes | Use the Batch Processes workspace to view the status of your batch operation, such as sending a batch email, and any related reports. For batch print jobs, you can also use this workspace to view and download the generated documents. For more information, see Batch operations . |
