Statuses and outcomes
Each stage of a business process is marked with a status that reflects the current progress. After the business process is completed, meaning that is has been submitted and either approved or rejected, it is also marked with an outcome.
The status and outcome of a business process are updated when you perform certain actions on it. For example, the status of a business process is set to Submitted when you submit the business process form for review, and the outcome is set to Rejected when any reviewer rejects the form.
The status and outcome of a business process display as fields in the business process and also in the data table in the Business Processes tab.
