Service Request technical overview

Service Request Management allows users to schedule and complete service activities and tasks and allows users to:

  • Initiate a service request and collect request info.
  • View a list of active and completed requests and related transactions for a specific time period
  • Upload request related documents or files to the request.
  • Update request stage and status
  • Provide information about the service team

Service requests and associated follow ups may be escalated, routed and reported based on service levels defined for each client.
