Enabling features for NexJ CRM
You can enable features for NexJ CRM for users, user types, and across the whole application. After enabling a feature, you can use privilege groups to further control access to the feature for users.
Enable features from the following locations in NexJ Admin Console:
Global Application Settings
Global application settings are application-wide features. Enable and disable global application settings in the Global Application Settings page.
User Options
User options are features that you enable for specific users, user types, or across the whole application. Enable and disable user options in User Options in the Personalization page.
Use privilege groups to grant or restrict access to enabled features for specific users. For example, use privilege groups to assign view privileges to a set of users, and create and edit privileges to another set of users. You assign privilege groups in the User page.
