The information in these help systems includes the documentation for the NexJ products that can be used alongside NexJ CRM (such as Data Bridge and the NexJ Add-In for Microsoft Office) as well as the documentation for NexJ CRM itself.

The majority of the available information is organized into three help systems, organized by role:

  • Most advisors will find the information they need in the End User information.
  • Application administrators can find an expanded help system in the Application administration information.
  • If your role is more technical, such as being responsible for deployment, system administration, or development work, refer to the Technical documentation information.
