Activity plan template status settings dictate both the default status of the activity plan and any other statuses that will be available for that activity plan in NexJ CRM.
Changing default template status
An activity plan template's default status indicates the status that is applied to the activity plan at its time of creation in NexJ CRM.
To change an activity plan template's default status:
- Navigate to the Customize workspace.
- Click the Activity Plans tab.
- In the templates list, select the template with the default status you want to change.
- In the Statuses subtab, in the Default Status field, click the Select button .
The Select Default Status dialog opens. - Select the desired default status for this activity plan template.
- Click OK to save your selection and close the Select Default Status dialog.
The default template status is now changed.
Adding available template statuses
The statuses that are set for an activity plan template indicate the possible status options that are available to the user in NexJ CRM.
To add an available status option:
- Navigate to the Customize workspace.
- Click the Activity Plans tab.
- In the templates list, select the template you want to add a status to.
- In the Statuses subtab, click the Select button.
The Select Statuses dialog opens. - Select the status option on the left that you want to add, and click Add.
- Click OK to save your selections and close the Select Statuses dialog.
The status option is added and available.
Removing available template statuses
To remove an available status option:
- Navigate to the Customize workspace.
- Click the Activity Plans tab.
- In the templates list, select the template you want to remove a status from.
- In the Statuses subtab, click the Select button .
The Select Statuses dialog opens. - Select the status option on the right that you want to remove, and click Remove.
- Click OK to save your selections and close the Select Statuses dialog.
The status option is removed and no longer available.
