Exporting strings for translation

You can extract strings from your business process templates as resource files in CSV file format and add and update translated strings in the files.

To export strings for translation in resource files:

1. In NexJ CRM, navigate to the Customize workspace.
2. In the Business Processes tab, select the template that you want to export strings for and click the Form subtab.
3. In the Localizations tab, click Export. A CSV file named <formPageName>.CSV is created for each page in the business process form, the CSV files are converted to a ZIP file, and you can save the ZIP file by default to the Downloads folder on your computer.

The strings for captions in the main form flow will be exported. If your form uses a subflow, you will have to export the subflow pages separately using the same export and import procedures used for strings in CSV files.

Next, modify the CSV files by providing the translated strings.
