Importing translated strings

Import translated strings in a CSV file when you want to upload and attach translated strings to a business process form template.

The CSV files must be in a ZIP file format before they are imported. Before starting this task, ensure that you have deactivated the business process template.

If you create a new business process template and you try to import a CSV file that you have previously imported for a different business process template, the import process will fail because localizations are specific to template versions.

To import strings for translation:

  1. Navigating to the Customize workspace.
  2. In the Business Processes tab, select the template that you want to import strings for and click the Form subtab.
  3. In the Localizations tab, click Import.
    The Add Localizations dialog opens.
  4. Browse for and select the ZIP file that contains your CSV files.
  5. Click Import.

If the import is complete, you will receive a message confirming that the import is successful. Click OK to close the message.
