Deleting custom fields from the system

You can delete custom fields that you no longer require.

You cannot delete a custom field if it is used by a contact in NexJ CRM.

To delete a custom field:

  1. Navigate to the Customize workspace and click the Custom Fields tab.
  2. In the custom fields list, click the Action button for the custom field you want to delete, and select Delete.
    A confirmation dialog opens.
  3. Click Delete.
    The confirmation dialog closes.

The custom field is deleted.
