Editing availability templates

You can edit name, location, region, note, and security settings for availability templates.

To modify an availability template:

  1. In the Customize workspace, select the Event Management tab, then select the Availability Template tab.
    The availability template list and details areas display.
  2. In the availability template list, select the template to edit.
    The template's information displays in the details area.
  3. In the details area, click Edit.
    The Edit dialog opens.
  4. In the Detail tab, modify template details.
  5. In the Security tab, modify view and edit permissions for the template.
  6. Click OK.
    The Edit dialog closes.

The availability template is updated.
