Specify which call script is associated with a sales concept.

To associate a sales concept with a call script:

1. Navigate to the Customize workspace.
2. In the Lead Management tab, in the Sales Concept Call Scripts subtab, click the Add button .
   The Add Sales Concept Call Script Template dialog opens.
3. In the Sales Concept field, click the Select button .
   The Select Sales Concept dialog opens.
4. Find and select your desired sales concept, and click OK.
   The Select Sales Concept dialog closes.
5. In the Call Script field, click the Select button .
   The Select Call Script Template dialog opens.
6. Find and select your desired call script, and click OK.
   The Select Call Script Template dialog closes.
7. Click OK.
   The Add Sales Concept Call Script Template dialog closes.

The selected sales concept is associated with the selected call script.

Modifying sales concept call script associations

Modify your sales concept call script associations when you want to change which call script is associated with a sales concept.

To modify sales concept call script associations:

1. Navigate to the Customize workspace.
2. In the Lead Management tab, in the Sales Concept Call Scripts subtab, select the sales concept call script association that you want to modify.
3. In the Details area, click the Edit button .
   The Edit Sales Concept Call Script Template dialog opens.
4. Make your changes in the corresponding fields.
5. Click OK.
   The Edit Sales Concept Call Script Template dialog closes.

The sales concept call script association is modified.

Deleting sales concept call script associations

Delete sales concept call script associations you no longer need.

To delete sales concept call script associations:

1. Navigate to the Customize workspace.
2. In the Lead Management tab, in the Sales Concept Call Scripts subtab, select the sales concept call script association that you want to delete.
3. Click the Delete button .
   A confirmation dialog opens, asking you to confirm that you want to delete the sales concept call script association.
4. Click Delete.
   The confirmation dialog closes.

Your selected sales concept call script association is deleted.
