Managing forms for leads

In call script templates for leads, you create a form for users to follow when they run a call script. The form consists of pages that contain questions and answer fields. When a user runs the call script, they use the form to ask questions and to record answers that users provide.

You create call script templates by adding pages and a flow to a form. For more information about forms in call script templates, see Configuring business process forms.
