Adding distribution rule sets

Add a new distribution rule set to define how leads will be assigned to advisors.

To create a new rule set:

  1. Navigate to the Customize workspace.
  2. In the Lead Management tab, click the Distribution subtab.
  3. In the Rule Sets list, click the Add button .
    The Add New Rule Set dialog opens.
  4. In the Name field, specify a name for the new rule set.
  5. Specify security for the rule set:
    • View Security
      Indicates who can see the folder. The options are group and private.
    • Edit Security
      Indicates who can edit the folder. The options are group and private.
  6. Click OK.
    The Add New Rule Set dialog closes.

The newly created rule set is displayed in the Rule Sets list.

Proceed to add rules to the rule set.
