Deleting distribution rule sets

Delete a rule set to remove it from NexJ Customer Relationship Management. When a rule set is deleted, all associated rules are deleted as well.

This action cannot be undone.

To delete a rule set:

  1. Navigate to the Customize workspace.
  2. In the Lead Management tab, click the Distribution subtab.
  3. Click the Action button  for the rule set you want to remove and select Delete.
    A confirmation dialog opens.
  4. Confirm the deletion by clicking Delete.

The rule set is removed from your system.
