Prioritizing rules in a distribution rule set

Prioritize rules to control their importance in a distribution rule set. Rules are executed according to a top-down priority. Rules with a higher ranking have a higher importance and are executed first.

For example, leads that meet the criteria of the first rule will be distributed to that advisor, even if they also meet the criteria of the third rule.

To prioritize rules in a rule set:

1. Navigate to the Customize workspace.
2. In the Lead Management tab, click the Distribution subtab.
3. In the Rule Sets list, select the rule set you want to prioritize rules for. The rules for this rule set display in the Rules zone.
4. Select a rule and click the Up button  or Down button  to change its position accordingly.

Your rules are prioritized and your changes are saved.
