Configuring stage steps

Stage steps are related activities that can be performed as part of a stage in an opportunity.

Stage steps can be tasks or documents, for example, an outbound call or a note. When a stage in an opportunity is reached, the steps are assigned.

You create and manage stage steps in the Stages tab in the Opportunity Management tab on the Customize workspace.
