Generating predefined reports

Predefined reports are preexisting reports that display information from a workspace. The data generated is based on the settings defined for each report.

Activity Plan Reports

Activity plan reports display details of a selected activity plan. The report generates information from the Activity Plans tab on the Customize workspace.

The report displays:

  • The name of the activity plan.
  • The description of the activity plan.
  • The notes about the activity plan.
  • The steps of the activity plan.

Generating Activity Plan Reports

You can generate an Activity Plan report for a current activity plan or the current activity plan list on the Customize workspace.

To generate an activity plan report:

  1. Navigate to the Customize workspace.
  2. Filter or search the activity plan list to display and select the activity plan that you want to add to your report.
  3. Above the activity plan list, click the Reports button and select Activity Plan Report.
    The Activity Plan Report Parameters dialog opens.
  4. In the Report for Activity Plan section, select one of the following options:
    • Current Activity Plan
      The report displays the activity plan selected from the activity plan list.
    • Current Activity Plan List
      The report displays all activity plans in the list.
  5. In the Report Format section, select the file format of the report. The available options are PDF and RTF.
  6. Click Run Report.

The report is generated. In the dialog that opens, you can specify whether you want to save the report or open it immediately.
