Synchronization rules

Three categories of data synchronize between each system: contacts, schedule items, and tasks.

Synchronization activates when data updates occur and when items are created and deleted. The mappings and behaviors described in this section are dependent on one-way or two-way synchronization configuration, as well as view and edit security settings.
