Configuring flow templates

Flow templates are predefined forms that you can use to quickly add a form and a flow to a business process or call script template.

A flow is a method that is used to specify the order in which pages display for users in a business process or call script form.

Typically, you create a unique form and flow for each of your business process and call script templates. However, these forms and flows cannot be shared between templates. For example, if you want to make two forms that have an identical page, you must create the page and the flow in each of the forms separately.

A flow template consists of a form and the associated flow for the form. The form specifies the pages, sections, and questions that a user fills out. The flow specifies which pages from the form are shown to the user, and the order in which they are displayed.

Flow templates allow you to design modular forms that you can create once, then reuse in multiple business process and call script templates.

You manage flow templates from the Form Library tab in the Customize workspace in NexJ CRM.
