Configuring questions

In business process and call script templates, you add questions to a page to specify the fields that a user fills out when they view the form. A question consists of a label and a corresponding answer field.

When you add a question, you choose a question type, which indicates what kind of field the user will fill out. For example, to provide a user with a text field, you add a Single-line Text question.

In addition to basic actions such as adding and deleting questions, you can also rearrange questions to change their order on the page, group questions together, and synchronize questions with the database by binding them to a field in the contact, KYC, company, or opportunity record.

You can manage questions in both the Add Page and Edit Page dialogs.
