Applying configuration changes to users, user types, or everyone

Before you make any changes to configuration, you must choose which users or user types to apply the changes to.

• If you want to apply the changes to a single user, select Users at the top of the list and select the desired user from the list. You may search by user login name by entering text into the Name field above the list.
• If you want to apply the changes to a user type, select User Types at the top of the list and select the desired user type from the list. You can also search through the user types by entering text into the Name field above the list.
• If you want to apply the changes to everyone, select System at the top of the list.
