The Ad Hoc Reports workspace is not available to NexJ CRM users by default.
To make the Ad Hoc Reports workspace available, perform the following steps.
- In NexJ Admin Console, navigate to the Personalization page.
- In the Users area, select the user or users for whom you want to enable the workspace. You can search for an individual user, a user type, or select System to enable the workspace for all users.
- Click the User Options tab. In the top left corner of the User Options tab, click the Select button . The Select Option dialog opens.
- Add Enable Ad Hoc Reports and click OK.
