A user's NexJ CRM account is synchronized with Exchange using a synchronization email. When the user's email changes, to maintain synchronization, the synchronization email address must be manually changed to the updated email address.
To change a user's synchronization email address:
- Navigate to the Synchronization page.
- In the Links list, right-click any link for your desired user.
- Select Change Synchronization Email Address.
- Enter the updated email address.
- Click OK.
The synchronization email address for the user has been changed.
When one of the user's links are updated, the rest of the links for the same user will be updated automatically
