Adding call scripts to inbound calls

If you do not have an integrated telephony system, or if you need additional call scripts other than the one that is automatically populated, you can add a new call script to your call.

Before starting this task, ensure that you have started an inbound call, and that you are in the Inbound Call workspace.

To add a call script to an inbound call:

  1. Beside the Call Scripts field, click Add another script.
    The Add Call Script dialog opens.
  2. Find and select your desired call script.
  3. Click OK.
    The Add Call Script dialog closes.

The call script is added to your inbound call.
