Switching between call scripts

If you have more than one call script added for an inbound call, you can switch between the scripts to answer all of the questions.

Before starting this task, ensure that you have started an inbound call, are in the Inbound Call workspace, and have configured your call scripts.

To switch between call scripts:

  • In the Call Scripts field, select your desired call script from the call scripts that have been added to the call.
    As you fill out each call script, you can select a new one from the Call Scripts field.

The call script is selected and populates the call scripts area.
