Managing event legs
An event leg is a division of an event. Separates an event into parts that define the locations in which the event occurs or the themes for each part.
Use the Legs tab in the Events workspace to manage event legs. Event coordinators can add, edit, delete, and apply availability templates to event legs.

To manage event legs, you must be an event coordinator.
An event must contain at least one event leg
The Legs tab contains the following areas:
- The leg list at the top, which contains all legs for the event. In the leg list you can change display columns and sort the list by display column.
The leg details area at the bottom, which contains information about a selected event leg. Further information is available in the Details , Calendar , Agenda , Requests , and Participants tabs.
Details
Displays the details of the event leg, including the overview, country, state or province, city, global region, domestic region, and countries of origin. You can edit the overview and manage the countries of origin.
Calendar
Displays the calendar for the event leg, including the meetings and itinerary items for the leg. You can change the displayed date range, apply availability templates, and add, edit, and delete meetings and itinerary items.
Agenda
Displays a list of scheduled meetings and itinerary items for the event leg. You can view details for meetings and itinerary items, and edit and delete meetings and itinerary items.
Requests
Displays requests from other users, such as sales representatives, to add attendees to meetings for the event leg. You can accept, reject, cancel, edit, and delete meeting requests.
Participants
Displays a list of contacts and users involved in the event leg. For example, investors confirmed for a meeting are listed as attendees for the leg. You can manually add and delete participants, and add notes to participants.

Adding event legs
Event coordinators can add legs to an event to divide the event into parts that define the location or focus of each leg. For example, if an event is held in New York and London, create a leg for each city. Specify details such as the duration of the leg and whether adding attendees to meetings requires approval.
To add a leg to an event:
The event leg displays in the leg list and the Calendar tab.
Next, you will add event meetings to the event legs. For more information, see Adding event meetings .
Editing event legs
Event coordinators edit event legs to add or update information about the leg, such as its title and start date.
To edit event legs, you must have privileges to manage events, and must belong to the event team in the Event Coordinator role.
To edit an event leg:
The updated information saves for the event leg.
Deleting event legs
Event coordinators delete event legs to permanently remove them from an event and NexJ CRM .
Info
Deleting an event leg also deletes all requested and approved meetings in the leg.
Note
This action cannot be undone.
To delete an event leg:
The event leg is removed from the event and the system.
