Exporting opportunities

You can export opportunities from the Opportunities workspace into a CSV file for analysis outside of NexJ CRM.

To export opportunities:

1. Navigate to the Opportunities workspace.
2. Click Export .
   The Export Options dialog displays.
3. To export the information available in the default columns in the opportunities list, select Visible Columns. To export the information in all columns available with the Set List Columns option, select All Columns.

4. Click OK.

   If you export more than 3000 opportunities, you will receive a reminder message that your CSV file is available for download. Click Dismiss to close the message. In the navigation toolbar, select Options , select Files, and download the file.

   
   

5. You can choose to open the CSV file in Microsoft Excel or save the file.

The opportunities information is exported to a CSV file.
