Managing your conversations using your tablet
In NexJ CRM, a conversation is a collection of related messages exchanged securely between two or more users.
A conversation can be associated with a specific record in a subject area, making the conversation contextual. All of your conversations appear in the Conversations workspace in the conversations list. Selecting a conversation in this list opens its details and messages in the detail view to the right.
Conversations are sorted according to their latest messages; the conversation with the most recent message appears at the top of the conversations list.
Starting conversations
When using NexJ CRM on a tablet, you can create new conversations from any workspace or page.
To start a conversation:
The message is sent to the specified participants and each participant receives a message notification in the desktop application. ccording to their latest messages; the conversation with the most recent message appears at the top of the conversations list.
Viewing conversations
View your conversations in the conversations list of the Conversations workspace.
To view conversations:
You have now viewed a conversation and its messages.
Replying to conversation messages
Any participant in a conversation may reply to it; if you are not a participant in the conversation, you cannot reply.
To reply to a conversation:
Your message is sent to all of the participants in the conversation and each participant receives a notification.
