Managing schedule items using your phone

You can manage schedule items using your phone.

You can view or edit schedule items for a specific contact from that contact's Journal page.

Adding schedule items

You can add new schedule items to NexJ CRM from your phone. You can add a schedule item and assign it to yourself or another user. You can also specify one or more contacts that the item is for.

To add a new item to your schedule:

  1. Touch the Add button  and select Schedule Item.
  2. Select the required template.
  3. Enter your schedule item information. You can assign multiple users to the For and Assign To fields.
  4. Touch Save.

The new schedule item is now added.
