Working with dashboards using your tablet
The Dashboards workspace contains interactive dashboards that summarize information related to your sales pipeline in NexJ CRM.
Depending on your permissions, the following dashboards are available:
Pipeline dashboard
The pipeline dashboard visualizes a user's opportunities and sales in NexJ CRM. The pipeline dashboard contains the following charts:
Product Opportunity Pipeline
Provides a summary of how your product opportunities are progressing through the stages of the sales process.
Product Opportunity Timing and Probability
Displays the sum of expected revenue for your product opportunities based on their expected close date and probability of closing.
Revenue Actual vs. Target
Displays the sum of actual revenue generated by your product opportunities, in relation to the target revenue for your company.
Pipeline by Product Type
Visualizes the distribution of expected revenue across your product opportunities.
Management dashboard
The management dashboard visualizes an organization's opportunities and sales in NexJ CRM. The management dashboard contains the following charts:
Revenue by User
Lists the 10 users who generated the most revenue in the current fiscal year, and displays the amount of revenue that each user realized.
Activities by User
Lists the 10 users who generated the most revenue in the current fiscal year, and displays the volume of calls that each user made.
Revenue by Source
Displays revenue by source.
Pipeline by Source
Displays product opportunity pipeline by source.
