Adding Process Management forms to business process templates

Use the Business Processes tab on the Customize workspace in the classic version of the user interface for NexJ CRM, that was used in the 8.X releases, to add Process Management forms to business process templates. For more information about adding PM forms, see Adding forms to business process templates.

Customer Process Management (CPM) forms have been renamed to Process Management forms.
