Configuring system defined queries
A system defined query is a search query that an administrator creates and makes available for users to search for contacts in NexJ CRM. System defined queries are useful because they allow an administrator to set up commonly and frequently used search queries once for multiple users, rather than users configuring queries individually.
You define system defined queries on the Filters page. System defined queries are named predefined filters in NexJ System Admin Console.
The Filters page is divided into three areas:
- The system defined queries list on the left, which displays a list of all existing system defined queries and their properties.
- The Detail area on the right, which displays the details of any selected system defined query.
- The Privilege Groups area on the right, which displays a list of all the privilege groups that have access to a selected query.
