Viewing JMX statistics in NexJ System Admin Console

You can monitor Java Management Extension (JMX) statistics on the Statistics page in NexJ System Admin Console to track the performance of your application.

To view JMX statistics:

  1. In NexJ System Admin Console, navigate to the Statistics page.
  2. In the list in the Statistics area, find and select the node whose statistics you want to view by expanding the nodes in the tree. The statistics for the selected node are displayed in the details area.
  3. To view statistics for your NexJ application by node or cluster, expand the node for your NexJ application, for example, expand nexj.finance. Then, do one of the following:

    • Expand a node name to view statistics for that node, for example, expand node 1 (current).
    • Expand the Cluster node to view statistics for the cluster.

You can also expand the Administration node to view the system parameters that you can modify at run time.

  4. [Optional] To see a more detailed description of a statistic, hover your cursor over the statistic's name. A tool tip containing the description displays.
  5. [Optional] To refresh the list in the Statistics area or the statistics in the details area, click the corresponding Refresh button
at the top of the area.

You have reviewed JMX statistics for NexJ Model Engine.
