You can specify the available custom field types and custom field type groups for contacts created from the entity type in NexJ CRM.
You can specify any custom field types and custom field groups that have been set to Active in the Custom Field Typestab in the Entity Codes page in NexJ Admin Console.
To modify an entity type's available custom field type groups and custom field types:
Navigate to the Entity Codes page.
In the Entity Types tab, select the Custom Field Types subtab.
To modify the custom field type groups:
Click the Selectbutton at the top of the Custom Field Type Groups list. The Select Custom Field Type Groups dialog opens.
In the list on the left side of the dialog, select the custom field type groups that you want to make available to the entity type and click Add. Your selections are added to the list of available custom field type groups on the right side of the dialog.
Click OK. The Select Custom Field Type Groups dialog opens.
To modify the custom field types:
Click the Selectbutton at the top of the Custom Field Type Groups list. The Select Custom Field Type Groups dialog opens.
In the list on the left side of the dialog, select the custom field types that you want to make available to the entity type and click Add. Your selections are added to the list of available custom field types on the right side of the dialog.
Click OK. The Select Custom Field Types dialog closes.
Click the Savebutton .
The selected custom field type groups and custom field types are made available to assign to the entity type in NexJ CRM.
