Modifying custom field groups
There are six custom field groups in the system. You can rename any of the groups, change their descriptions, make them active or inactive, and specify which contact types they apply to.
By default, the groups are named Financial, Profile, Private, Relationships, Group1, and Group2. Group1 and Group2 represent sample groups that you can rename before using. To display in NexJ CRM, a custom field group must have contact types assigned to them. By default, only the Private and Profile groups have contact types assigned.
You can also use the up and down buttons at the top of the Custom Field Type Groups list to change the order in which groups display in NexJ Admin Console.
