Deleting notifications using batch processes

By default, a batch job runs automatically that deletes notifications after 90 days. When you are designing your implementation, you can modify the number of days to keep notifications for and the frequency of running the automatic archive process. You can also manually trigger the delete job using the Batch Broker in NexJ Admin Console.

To manually trigger the delete job:

  1. Log into NexJ Admin Console.
  2. In the toolbar, click the Batch Broker button
to open the Execute Batch Broker Process dialog.
  3. Select BatchNotificationArchiveCommand - archiveNotifications.
  4. To run the batch process, click OK.

The notifications will be deleted. You can go the Process page to check the progress of the batch job.
