You can disable an activity plan template in the Activity Plans tab on the Customize workspace, so that the related activity plan is no longer accessible to users on the Contacts workspace. You can also delete an activity plan to remove it from the system.

Deleting activity plan templates

You can delete any activity plan template that has not already been used in NexJ CRM.

To delete an activity plan template:

1. Navigate to the Customize workspace.
2. Click the Activity Plans tab.
3. In the templates list, click the Action button for the plan that you want to delete and select Delete.

The template is now deleted.

Deactivating activity plan templates

You can deactivate any activity plan template in NexJ CRM.

To deactivate an activity plan template:

1. Navigate to the Customize workspace.
2. Click the Activity Plans tab.
3. In the templates list, select the plan that you want to deactivate.
4. Click the Edit  button in the Details tab.
   The Edit Activity Plan Template dialog opens.
5. Clear the Active checkbox.
6. Click OK.

The template is now deactivated. Instances of this template cannot be created because it is not available under the Journal tab in the Contacts workspace.
