Events workspace

Manage all stages of an event, including planning, booking, conducting, and reporting, on the Events workspace.
The Events workspace contains the following tabs:

Calendar
Displays a calendar of completed, current, and prospective events. In the Calendar tab, you can filter the calendar, perform a quick find or advanced search, change the displayed date and date range, switch between displaying events and event legs, and view, edit, and delete events and event legs.

Event List
The Event List tab contains the following areas:

  • The event list on the left, which contains completed, current, and prospective events. You can filter the list, perform a quick find or advanced search, change display columns, and add, edit, and delete events.
  • The event banner and details area on the right, which contains information about a selected event. Further information is in the following tabs:
    Calendar
    Displays the calendar for the event, including the event legs, meetings, and itinerary items. You can change the displayed date range, choose which legs to display, and add, edit, and delete meetings and itinerary items.
    Details
    Displays the details of the event, including the overview, expense code, team, and countries of origin. You can edit the overview and expense code, and manage the team members and countries of origin, and add notes and documents to the event.
    Legs
    Displays the legs of the event. You can add, edit, and delete legs. Further information about a selected leg is available in the Details, Calendar, Agenda, Requests, and Participants subtabs.
    Requests
    Displays requests from users, such as sales representatives, to add attendees to event meetings. Event coordinators and request approvers can accept, and reject meeting requests. Event coordinators, request approvers, and users can cancel, edit, and delete meeting requests.
    Participants
    Displays a list of contacts and users involved in the event. Event coordinators can manually add participants that will attend meetings in the event. For example, a coordinator can add a participant that will host meetings in the event. Users can also see the attendees that are attending at least one of the meetings in the event.
    Target List
    Displays a list of target contacts that users, such as sales representatives, should book for event meetings. You can filter the list by target contact status.
