Deleting communication types

You can delete any existing communication type that does not have associated instances in NexJ CRM.

To delete an existing communication type:

1. Navigate to the Entity Codes page.

2. In the Communication Types tab, click the Action button   for the communication type you want to delete, and click the Delete button  .

The communication type is deleted.
