Exporting merge field lists

You can export the merge fields displayed in the Merge Fields tab as a CSV file for other programs. Use this when you need quick, straight-forward access to a list of the available NexJ merge fields.
To export merge field lists:

1. Navigate to the Document Codes page.

2. In the Merge Fields tab, right-click in the list and select Export CSV Template. Your spreadsheet application opens with all of the available merge fields contained in a spreadsheet.

3. Save the file.

The merge fields are exported and saved as a spreadsheet.
