Emailing contacts using your phone

You can email a contact from the contact's profile.

To email a contact:

1. Navigate to the Contacts workspace.
2. Select the contact you want to email.
   The contact's details display on the Profile page.

3. In the contact banner, touch the contact's default email address.

   You can scroll to the Communications zone to see if there are additional email addresses.

   Your phone's email application opens a draft email addressed to the contact.

4. Enter the content of your email and send it to the contact.
5. To return to NexJ CRM, open your browser application.

The email is sent to the contact.
