Portal administrator privileges
Typically, portal administrators receive the privileges contained by the gPortalAdmin privilege group.
Privileges provided by the gPortalAdmin privilege group

| PortletLibraryAccess | Allows users to access the portlet library. |
| PortletManage | Allows users to create, update, and delete portlets from the portlet registry. |
| PortletView | Allows users to query the portlet registry for available portlets. |
| SharedWorkspaceManage | Allows users to publish workspaces to user templates or system user templates. |
| WorkspaceCopy | Allows users to make copies of workspaces. |
| WorkspaceCreate | Allows users to create workspaces. |
| WorkspaceCustomize | Allows users to customize workspaces. |
| WorkspaceDelete | Allows users to delete workspaces. |
| WorkspacePublish | Allows users to publish workspaces. |
| WorkspaceSelect | Allows users to access workspaces through the Select Workspace dialog. |
| WorkspaceLinkManage | Allows users to create workspace tabs. This privilege must be granted in order for users to open new workspace tabs or dock workspaces. |
