Configuring activity plan template attachments
Documents can be added and managed as attachments in the Select Document dialog, which can be accessed by clicking the Select button in the Document Manager Items section of any Attachments tab.
Adding attachments to activity plan templates
You can add any document to your activity plan template as an attachment.
To add an attachment to your template:
This task refers to the process of adding an attachment to an activity plan template. Deleting attachments from activity plan templates
You can delete attachments from any activity plan template. However, if the template has been used in NexJ CRM, changes will apply only to newly created plans using your modified template. Any plans using the pre-modified template will remain the same.
To delete an attachment:
- Navigate to the Customize workspace.
- Click the Activity Plans tab.
- In the templates list, select the activity plan that you want to delete an attachment from.
- Click the Attachments subtab. The Attachments view appears.
- In the Document Manager Items area, click the Action button for the attachment that you want to delete and select Delete.
- In the confirmation dialog that opens, click Delete.
The attachment is deleted.
Modifying activity plan template attachment details
You can change the details of an attachment in the Edit Document dialog when you add it to your activity plan template. The Edit Document dialog can be accessed from the Details tab of the Select Document dialog.
To modify the details of an attachment:
The attachment's details are modified.
