Following call scripts

Advance through the pages and sections of the call script, and enter the caller's answers in the corresponding fields.

Before starting this task, ensure that you have started an inbound call, and that you are in the Inbound Call workspace.
To follow a call script:

  1. In the call script area, enter the caller's answers in the corresponding fields.
  2. To move to the next page in the call script, click Next.
  3. To move to the previous page in the call script, click Prev.
  4. When you have finished entering answers in the call script, end your call.

The call script is completed and the call is ended.
