Schedule Synchronization new features and enhancements

NexJ Schedule Synchronization now supports Nylas Java SDK v1.22.0 (released January 29, 2024) (NYLAS-316).
NexJ Schedule Synchronization is now running on Java SDK 17 (NYLAS-365).

User privileges have been changed to limit access to certain functionality only to the
nexjadmin
system user (NYLAS-102). This user is automatically assigned to the Nylas Admin privilege group, which includes thenylas:NylasAdmin
andrule:RuleView
privileges. All other Schedule Synchronization users are assigned to the new Nylas User privilege group, which includes thenylas:NylasManage
andrule:RuleView
privileges.You can force inbound and outbound synchronization using the Get snapshot and Send snapshot buttons in NexJ Nylas Admin Console (NYLAS-136). You can execute a snapshot at the Nylas system level or at the user folder level.
If the connection between your NexJ CRM account and your Outlook work account experiences an issue (for example, if the work account password has changed), you can use the new Reauthenticate button on the Schedule Synchronization tab in the User Preferences dialog to reestablish the connection (NYLAS-151).
