Schedule Synchronization resolved issues
The following known issues have been resolved in this release.
Version 24.08
NYLAS-251
Prior to this release, meetings using a template configured with SLM touch types were not synchronized appropriately. This issue has been resolved by adding the PeriodView privilege to the Nylas Admin privilege group.
NYLAS-371
Prior to this release, when an all-day event was created in NexJ CRM, the start and end time were modified by the synchronization process. This issue has been resolved.
Version 23.09.1.0
NYLAS-135
With this update, if a contact is added to the For field of a schedule item in NexJ CRM, their email address is added as an attendee in the synchronized Outlook meeting, as expected.
NYLAS-138
When a schedule item that occurs in the past is created, edited, or deleted in NexJ CRM, the synchronized Outlook meetings are only updated for the schedule item owner. Other meeting attendees no longer receive updated meeting invitations.
