Connections

Connections contain deployment settings for Datasources and Channels.

Description

Datasources and Channels are logical representations of physical storage and integration channels. Connections tie these to actual physical systems during deployment.

A connections file is configured for each environment you will be working with e.g. LocalDevelopment, QA, Staging, etc. Connections may be encrypted using NexJ Studio to protect their contents.

Connections may be merged together with a Server configuration to create an Environment in NexJ Studio by right-clicking a Connection and selecting "Merge to Environment...".

test : boolean

Flag set to specify if a connection is for testing.
